Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for showing interest in RITI RIVAAZ 


Please read our Return & Exchange policy carefully.

Shipping:

  1. All orders are shipped usually within 5-7 days as majority all the products are handmade and are made on orders.
  2. After product is shipped it might take around a week or two to reach you. So keep in mind that it might take a time of 2-3 weeks after ordering for the product to reach you.
  3. You are requested to provide correct address details and contact details for the timely delivery of the product.
  4. RITI RIVAAZ is not liable for any delay arising due to incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of checkout.
  5. Please note we do not entertain any address change request once the order is dispatched.

Cancellation:

  1. You may cancel the order any time before the dispatch.
  2. For canceling the order, please write to us at riitrivaaz.com@gmail.com along with the order ID In case of prepaid order, the full paid amount will be credited back to the same payment method used while making the payment.
  3. We do not entertain above cancellation policy once the product is dispatched.

 

Return/Exchange

  • Return or exchange is applicable only if a damaged or wrong product is received.
  • The buyer must raise a request within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • A 360° opening/unboxing video is mandatory to validate the claim.
  • Send your request to ritirivaaz.com@gmail.com with:
    • Product images
    • 360° unboxing video
  • Our team will review the request and arrange a pickup if eligible.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused and with all tags intact
  • Once received, the product will undergo a quality check before final approval.
  • Return/exchange requests may be denied if the item is found used or damaged.
  • Approved exchanges can be made for a product of equal or lesser value (balance, if any, will be refunded).
  • Our team will review the request and arrange a pickup if eligible.
  • The product must be:
    • In original packaging
    • Unused and with all tags intact

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be processed to the same payment method used during purchase.
  • Actual credit reflection time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Below are some exceptions:

  1. Any product brought under the sale / offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
  2. A refund or exchange will only be provided for those products that are returned in original condition, unused, and with the original packaging.


Note -

  1. Return/Exchange not valid for the customized products.
  2. We will arrange for pickup of the old product and ship the new product once we receive the old product at our warehouse and inspect that all the exchange conditions are met.
